How long does each therapy session take?

Each therapy session takes approximately one hour. This gives us time to split the therapy into two parts; talking therapy and growth development planning. This helps our clients to develop not only their communication skills, but their Mental Health overall. As each client has individual needs one hour is most effective so we can assure our clients' needs are met.

Do you use any Mindfulness techniques during mentoring?

Mindfulness techniques will be used at times, to suit each individual. If we feel a client may need mindfulness to improve their Mental Health we will implement it into our sessions.

Do you offer discount rates?

We may offer discount rates on mentoring sessions occasionally, for example when a client has been with us for a while or wants to book a bulk of therapy sessions.

What is mentoring?

Mentoring is a process which consists of communicating and providing support for individuals who may need development within a certain area. We offer this for people who either feel they need it consistently or struggle with their Mental Health.
